Our Deep Tissue Massage is similar to our Swedish Massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Deep tissue massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Deep tissue massage is exceptionally beneficial in helping increase the level of oxygen in the blood, decrease muscle toxins, improve circulation, improving flexibility, and easing tension.
